Carol Roberts, Ideal Protein Coach

Carol Roberts was battling high blood sugar, high blood pressure and high cholesterol when she started the Ideal Protein Diet in 2009.    In a few months, Carol had dropped 50 pounds, no longer had to worry about her blood sugar and no longer required all of  medications.   She started telling everyone about the program.

Carol’s enthusiasm for the program made her a natural Weight Loss Counselor for the Ideal Protein Diet.  She loves helping people get the most out of the program.  Carol reads over food logs and takes measurements and does weigh ins.   Carol’s understanding of the program and her desire for everyone to get the results she herself attained means she can help those who might be struggling.

Ideal Protein is not a difficult eating program but there are those who need a little extra coaching. Carol provides that.  She monitors how much weight has been lost and how many inches.   She’s thrilled to cheer people on towards their weight loss goals.
